CAPITAL PROJECT TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT:
• Manage technical bid documents, specs., quotes, POs and exceptions
• Develop and maintain design, test, and commissioning documentation
• Edit lock-out procedures and job safety analysis breakdowns
• Co-ordinate interaction between engineering and other project participants
• Schedule process interruptions around production schedules to maximize uptime
